What days do you collect and deliver?
We collect and deliver Monday to Saturdays between 9am and 7pm. You can view our availability when placing your order.

What is the turnaround time?
We aim to deliver your order back within 48-72 hours, but we will inform you if this will take longer.

Where do I drop off and collect my items if placing an order?
Please speak with your building concierge and they will be able to confirm the arrangement for our service in your building. Please ensure you complete the necessary collection instructions when placing your order.

Do you do bedding and other household laundry?
Yes! We can wash and press your bed linens and towels along with other household items, please simply place your order.

Can I add notes to my order?
Yes you can!! You are able to add notes within your order journey, and also in your order chat function following placing your order.

Can I schedule a regular collection/delivery every week?
Unfortunately, we can’t automatically schedule regular collections and deliveries each week – it still has to be done manually.

How should I prepare my Order?
Please bundle your general laundry in one bag, making sure it’s separated from any items you want dry cleaned or washed and ironed.

What if I am missing an item?
Your clothes are in safe hands and cases of missing items are rare – but we understand it’s a natural point of concern.  Contact us immediately and we will investigate and report back.

Checking Items
Please ensure to thoroughly check all the garments for hazardous items e.g. coins, pens, keys, etc. as we hold no responsibility for any items lost or damaged as a result of the cleaning process.

Washing and Drying Process
The load is washed at a 30 degree cycle and tumble dried at a medium heat. As we process a high volume we might not always be able to cater to personal requests (e.g. temperature, washing powders, etc.). Please note that the items are not ironed.

Colour Separation
If you would like us to wash your dark and light colours separately please select this service. Although we will take the utmost care in doing this we will accept no responsibility if there is any bleeding or colour transfer during the cleaning process.

Size of Bag
Your laundry bag must not exceed a single load (which is usually 7kg). Any orders above 7kg will be charged as an additional wash, dry and fold order.

Damaged Items
As this is a service wash we will not be liable for damage to items as we wash by the load and do not inspect the care labels of each garment. For garments that need to be specially treated i.e. leather, silk, cashmere, fur, velvet and other delicate garments, please ensure that these items can be machine washed and tumble dried.

Tagging
Laundry items are tagged by the load and not individually tagged. Therefore, we cannot accept liability for missing items.
